Kimani Ichung’wa, who also serves as the National Assembly Majority Leader, has claimed that recent National Intelligence Service (NIS) reports have linked Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua to an alleged plot to make President William Ruto a one-term president. Ichung’wa disclosed these allegations, stating that the NIS reports suggest a coordinated effort by Gachagua to undermine President Ruto’s administration. He warned Kenyans against being misled by tribal politics, which he claimed are being propagated by DP Gachagua and his associates. These politicians, according to Ichung’wa, are pushing for the “One-man One-Vote and One-Shilling” agenda along with a supposed unity push in the Mt.
