GACHAGUA CALLS FOR PROSECUTION OF THE OJWANG’S ASSAILANTS

OJWANG’S DEATH CLEAR PROBE DEMANDED FROM OPPOSITION LEADERS

Former deputy PRESIDENT and member of the current opposition Rigathi Gachagua continues to critise the ruto’s government with claims of it not delivering on its promises. Gachagua, who was accompanied by martha karua and other opposition leaders attended a church service at the church of the holy spirit, kagio, in kirinyaga county where he condemned albert ojwang’s death demanding for further probe.

During a church service held on today at the church of the holy spirit, kagio in kirinyaga county which was attended by the key opposition leaders including former deputy president rigathi gachagua and martha karua, opposition leaders continued to critise the ruto’s government of not achieving its promises that it made in 2022. Gachagua claims that the budget is not fair as it has not addressed agriculture sector properly.

Rigathi confirmed that they will remain undivided ahead of 2027 general election as they will sit down to agree on who to contest for the president post between themselves and at the same time rubished calls of kalonzo joining the government.

On albert ojwang’s death gachagua accused the director of criminal investigations and deputy inspector genenal as they must be brought to book on albert ojwang’s death. He claimed that the independent policing authority (ipoa), inspector general, parliarment and opposition has been pocketed by president ruto

“This issue (ojwang’s death) is just a tip of the iceberg,” gachagua told the congregation.

“Hundreds of young people have been tortured to death by a special squad of 101 officers that was set up on the instruction of william ruto and seconded to nis, and highly trained on abductions, torture, killings and cover-ups.”

“william ruto cannot run away from these deaths. He is responsible, and kenyans will punish him for that,” he declare

Gachagua sentiments continue to pile pressure on the government as plans continue to take shape ahead of the 2027 elections.

Once again, president william ruto has launched a scathing attack against his political opponents, urging them to come out openly and face him directly instead of misleading kenyans. Speaking in kivaywa, kakamega county, ruto strongly criticized his rivals for what he described as “agenda-less politics.”

What was a public prayer gathering at the friends comprehensive school in kivaywa, kakamega county, turned into a political battlefield, as president william ruto lashed out at his opponents for what he termed as agendaless politics. Ruto challenged his critics to confront him personally rather than confuse the kenyan public.

The president was backed by leaders from western kenya, including didymus barasa, who accused the opposition of attempting to sabotage the people’s government and vowed to continue supporting the administration.
